Installation is difficult
We bought this product to replace a 20yr old tanked water heater. We have been working for a week now trying to get a hot shower.

Works fine in FL

All Things Considered I recently bought an AE115 to replace the aging oil burner we have. I actually ended up installing its cousin the AE125.
