Not so good
Made only luke warm water at my utility sink 3 foot away. I called and I was told that it was because I had 208 volts. Well, the unit is 240 or 208.

Instant Hot
This is a powerful tankless hotwater system. We placed two of them in our building in bathrooms that were over 100 feet from the hot water system with a tank.
