Failed after the first year
This was a great product when it worked. It failed after the first year. Customer service SUCKS. They refuse to help. This product is suppose to last 15 to 20 years.

3 months in with one glitch.
We purchased this water heater because ours broke on thanksgiving last year. So far this one has been quite a bit better than the one we replaced.

Hot water
I purchased this tankless hot water heater around three weeks ago. Me and my Nephew installed it in around 5 Hours including removing the old hot water tank.

so YES to tankless
Our tank Water heater tanked over labor day weekend. Chose the 2700ES for its temp rise at max flow and love it.

Tankless Water Heater
It is not the best for a quick hand wash but it is awesome for everything else. Just dial in your favorite temperature and you have hot water all day.
