That’s really a local question, so you won’t get a lot of help here. But when we had to replace our water heater, Home Depot beat the price of the plumbers we called. You might at least use them, Lowe’s, and Sears as baselines, then call a few plumbers to see if they can beat the best price you can get.

Probably Lowe’s or Home Depot if you have them in your area. They have reasonable prices and good installation prices too. Good luck
