Dear No Flow,
The model you have selected is simply a tank, heating element and lines going in and out. No one-way valves or sensative exterior parts. The only answer is a blockage. I suspect there is a dust plug inside the outlet fitting that the manuracturer installed.
Turn the water source valve off. Unplug from power source.
Disconnect the cold line at the valve, not at the heater.
Disconnect the hot line at the heater.
Take unit off of mount.
Look down inside hot side for foriegn objects. Probing with a screwdriver or scratch awl will not damage any part. There should be nothing in the way.
Manually blow into the cold hose, water should start coming out the hot side.
No plug and blowing works?
Blow into hot hose to sink with faucet on.
Air should easily flow out of fawcet. Check inside of hose at the heater end. Remove any foriegn object.
If you cannot find a plug and cannot blow through tank it has an internal defect.
If you cannot blow through faucet that worked before continue to dissasemble until you find what the tank manufacturer left in the tank that is now forced up into your faucet.
